You only pay for the chargable calls you make, and nothing else!
How long does it take to activate freecallsdirect?
It can take upto 2 weeks for us to activate freecallsdirect on your telephone line, you will be notified by post in advance to advise you when your
calls will be transferred.
What is CPS?
CPS stands for Carrier Pre-Selection, which is the technical name for the type of call service freecallsdirect provides. Its the easiest way to use
a call provider other than BT because we do not require you to dial any prefixes or install extra hardware.
Who do I pay my line rental to?
You still pay your line rental to BT, you may however be able to reduce your monthly cost for this by downgrading to their basic package.

Is there a minimum spend limit?
No, if you make no calls in a month there is no charge
Do I require a BT line to use freecallsdirect?
Yes, at present we can only offer our services over a BT telephone line.
Will freecallsdirect affect other services I currently have with BT?
Not at all. Anonymous Call Rejection, 1471, BT Answer 1571, emegergency 999 calls and other extra services will remain supplied by BT.
What times are Peak, Off Peak and Weekend calls?
Weekend: Saturday 00:00am to Sunday 11:59pm, Peak: 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Off Peak: 6:00pm to 8:00am
Is there a minimum contract for freecallsdirect?
No, you can leave at anytime by simply contacting Customer Services.
